WHO WE ARE
Like remote control model aircraft? Well, if you do you’ve come to the right place! This is the web site of Streator RC Flyers. We are a private model airplane club chartered by the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA Club #2558), located in Streator, IL. Streator RC Flyers is a non-profit organization which provides a safe and fun flying experience for all skill levels of modelers, from seasoned pilots with many years of experience to newcomers and novice pilots just learning to get their wings. We have builders, flyers, fixed wing, helicopters, electrics, gas powered, you name it!

Visitors are always welcome to join in the fun at the field and to navigate through our website and Facebook page.
Individuals interested in learning to fly model aircraft are encouraged to visit the field anytime there are members flying, or attend one of our monthly meetings or flying events. On any given weekend you’ll be greeted by friendly people that represent the gamut from beginner to seasoned pilot and everything in between. We will be glad to make you feel like part of our community!
